How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Why is the price at the checkout different from the one on the product page?
Our payments are all processed in USD and the exact amount in USD is displayed at the checkout.
The price on the product page is calculated for some references according to your preferred currency.
If you use a different currency to pay, you will be charged the most current exchange rate.

I made a mistake in my order. Can you change it?
